(More info here: <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raspberrypi.org\/documentation\/raspbian\/applications\/vcgencmd.md\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.raspberrypi.org\/documentation\/raspbian\/applications\/vcgencmd.md<\/a><\/em><\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the following NodeRed code you can turn the screen connected to the RaspberryPi (running NodeRed) on and off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Safety instructions <\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">I know the following notes are always kind of annoying and seem unnecessary. Unfortunately, many people who knew &quot;better&quot; have lost eyes, fingers or other things due to carelessness or injured themselves.
