PrintAirPipe - 125 AirFlowSensor segment - 3D printable - STL files

The PrintAirPipe - 125 AirFlowSensor Segment can be used to measure the volume of air moved or the speed of the air in the pipe system.

The electronics are based on an ESP32 S3, three LEDs and a Hall sensor. The entire electronics can be supplied with power via a USB-C cable. The rotational speed of the propeller inside is shown in an animation on the outside. (Further information in the video linked below)

3D printing information

The recommended 3D print settings are listed below.

  • Layer thickness: 0.2mm
  • Infill: 15%
